Information relating to online dispute resolution
The EU Commission has established an internet platform for online dispute resolution (the so-called “ODR platform”). The ODR platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online service agreements. Access to the ODR platform is available by means of the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Out-of-court dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer conciliation board in accordance with the “Directive on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes (German VSBG)”.
